• Mike Thiem is the owner of Mike's Auto Repair LLC and has been working on cars and trucks for more than 22 years. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to solve tough mechanical problems, Mike has built his reputation on honest service and quality repairs. From routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, Mike takes pride in keeping vehicles running safely and reliably. His philosophy is simple: if it's broken, he can fix it—and if he can't fix it, it's not broken. When he's not in the shop, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, as well as relaxing with video games. His passion for mechanics, combined with decades of hands-on experience, has made Mike's Auto Repair LLC a trusted name for customers looking for dependable automotive service.

Brittany Thiem, Service Advisor

• Mike’s wife for 19 years. Ever since my teens, I’ve been around drag cars being built, worked on, and raced. I grew up spending time in garages, learning about cars hands-on and enjoying the culture that comes with it. Being around engines, tools, and hardworking people shaped my appreciation for the automotive world and the passion behind it.

Pacey Thiem, Service Advisor

• My name is Pacey Thiem and I am the service advisor at Mikes Auto Repair. I enjoy working at the shop and helping customers understand everything with their car and helping things go smoothly. Outside of working at the shop I enjoy babysitting, doing nails, cooking and baking, and driving around.

Kyle Thiem, Lube Tech

• Kyle T. is a technician at Mike’s Auto Repair with a strong passion for cars and helping people keep their vehicles running smoothly. With hands-on experience in the automotive industry, he takes pride in providing reliable service and honest workmanship.
