What a wonderful experience! I was driving in from Chicago and heard a funny sound coming from my engine. Luckily, they were open Saturday morning. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit me in last minute and fix the issue right away at a very affordable price. They even stayed past closing hours to wait for me to pick up my car. Highly recommend their service!

I brought a 2018 Dodge Charger in for a pre purchase inspection at Mike's Auto Repair and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mike was fantastic to work with. He did a very thorough inspection of the car and took the time to go over everything with me so I knew exactly what I was buying. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he also has a great sense of humor and was just genuinely fun to talk to. He gave honest advice and some great recommendations, which I really appreciated when making a big purchase decision. After a detailed inspection, he concluded the car was in great shape with no issues, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. Great guy, great service, and very reasonable prices. Can't say enough about mike.Water pump blew out on the highway,he is open to 8 on Friday,only shop in many miles open.After the tow,put my truck and my trailer(driving fron Chicago to Iron River M.I.)in his shop.Water pump done by Sat 9:30 A.M.Would have been in town till Tues,if it was not for him!He even drove us to and from the hotel! thanks Mike,or our weekend could have been a mess!

I can’t say enough good things about Mike’s Auto Repair in Manitowoc! After taking my car to five different mechanics who couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I was starting to lose hope. Then I brought it here and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Not only did he get me back on the road faster than I expected but his prices were fair. You can tell he really knows what he is doing and he cares about his customers. Mike provided me with top tier quality service. I came in having an issue with my brakes, as my brake pressure was really low, and I assumed I had a leak starting somewhere that needed to be found and taken care of. He not only diagnosed the issue for me, but he also provided me with a bottle of brake fluid to use for a couple of days until the parts came in that he needed in order to make the repairs on my vehicle. I returned 2 days later to have him complete the repairs and the final cost of those repairs was $100 less than the estimated total he had provided me, which made me extremely happy. I left that day satisfied with the service I was provided and confident that I was going to be able to drive safely on the road again.
